One of the reasons I know of Korean Beauty is because of my eyebrow shape. Makeup wasn't a part of my life growing up. In fact, I didn't wear makeup until I turned 18 and that included anything with my eyebrows. My desire and interest in learning how to shape my brows led me to experience a variety of styles and mistakes! The winning style for me was the Korean Eyebrow.
What's different about the Korean eyebrow? At the end of the day, its about the techniques and tools used, but its mostly just a clean straight brow. Kbeauty runs deep with themes of softness, and youthful makeup. Brow shape, contributes to that essence and vibe. The signature and purpose of these eye brows being to create a flat arch, not to change the shape of your natural eyebrows. The style favours straight and blocky forms however, we are now seeing more rounded eyebrow shapes trending.
For me its simple. My eyebrow naturally resembles this shape. For you, I suggest experimenting with a variety of shapes to see which compliments you best and resembles your own. You may need to consider your face shape as well before making a decision on which eyebrow shape is for you.
My brows are softly arched. The curve happens at the top towards the tail and the bottom is straight. My brows are also on the full side, without the need of filling them in with little to no products. Fitting the characteristics of a staple "Korean brow." This happens to be my genetics though I'm of Latin America ethnicity.

This filter uses eyebrow mapping to determine where your brows should start and end, as well as where your arch should be. It will give you an amazing base line to get started with. If you're a beginner like me, this filter is for you! It might not give you a Korean eyebrow shape, but it will also not let you fuck up, while giving you a natural complimenting shape at the same time. It apparently gives you the perfect eyebrows every time for your face and I agree. My routine hasn't changed since.
Another digital option is using the Brow Try-On from the Benefit Cosmetics website. This feature allows you to use what they call the brow cam, you can take a picture of upload a picture to find which style is recommended for you.
